Machine Is Not Dispensing Product

If your machine isn’t dispensing a product, here are a few quick checks to help pinpoint the issue and get things back up and running.


Check Coil Compatibility

• Too Loose? If the product wiggles or shifts in the coil, it may not dispense correctly.

• Too Tight? If the product feels snug or jammed, the coil may be too small or tightly wound.

Try this: Swap in a different product and run a test dispense. If the new product works, it's likely a coil fit issue with your original item.


Confirm Proper Coil Installation

  • Ensure they are securely mounted and aligned properly.
  • Double-check that they match the coil slot size and configuration.

Even a slightly misaligned coil can cause the motor to spin without actually dropping the product.


Check for Error Messages

  • Look for error codes or warning lights on the vending machine screen.
  • Open your Nayax app or portal and check for alerts under your device's status.
