Installing Coils

Installing coils correctly ensures that your products are dispensed smoothly and consistently. Follow the steps below to safely and efficiently install the coils into your vending machine.

• A vending coil
• Motor bracket installed in the vending tray

Step 1: Locate the Motor Bracket

• Look inside the vending tray and identify the motor bracket.
• It should be positioned so that the open slot is at the 3 o'clock position (facing to the right side).

Think of a clock: the opening should point right— 3 o'clock.

Step 2: Align the Coil

• Take the coil in your hand.
• Identify the end of the coil (the small straight tip).
• This end will go into the slot of the motor bracket.

Step 3: Insert and Pop It In

• Carefully insert the end of the coil through the slot in the motor bracket.
• Once inserted, rotate slightly and push until you hear or feel a "click" – this means the coil is securely in place.

Make sure the coil is snug but not forced—if it doesn't click, check the alignment and try again.

Step 4: Test the Coil (Optional)

• Manually turn the coil a little to confirm it spins freely.
• Close the tray and run a quick test dispense to verify proper placement.
